Great Banks

They have created big city banking with hometown, personable service. I rarely have had to wait in a long line to make a deposit. Their banks are always clean and pleasant. When opening my account, they were quick and thorough without being pushy with products that I didn't need. It's a bank I can trust.

Down-home Banking on a Large Scale

The service locations are usually clean, quiet and tastefully decorated. The staff are trained to be very friendly and helpful. You can depend on personl service to meet all of your financial needs. And on high-volume customer days, they try their best to quickly but smoothly get through the customers.

local, convenient

The reason I opened my account with PEFCU was that the ATMs of my previous bank - Bank One, also with a lot of local presence - were constantly out of order. One night, after trying 3 places, and not being able to use an ATM, I went over to PEFCU. They turned out to be quite a bit superior to other banks I used: I never had to wait more than 2 minutes in a line, their cashier's checks are free, and they serve free coffee to everyone who walks into their bank! So far (2 years) I haven't had any unreasonable charges, which is something that every other bank customer complains about. So, good place!
